NHF offers Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate programmes across three schools: Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Allied Health Sciences. In total, the group runs 28 courses across its colleges in Bengaluru and Mysuru.
Application forms are released in March/ April of every academic year. Students can apply for their preferred course once their 10th and/or 12th standard results are declared.
The process follows seven steps: online application, an online interview or entrance test, a face-to-face interview round at the NHF campus, a selection decision by the management and admissions team, issue of an offer letter, payment of fees with document submission, and finally confirmation of admission with semester details shared by email.
It depends on the programme. Undergraduate courses such as B.Sc. Nursing and Bachelor of Physiotherapy generally require an entrance test as part of the selection process. Certain B.Sc. and Diploma programmes do not require a written entrance exam — selection for these is based on academic merit and the interview round. Note: from the 2026 academic year onward, BPT admissions across India (including at NHF) are being aligned with NEET.
As per Karnataka government order, seats in private nursing and physiotherapy colleges are shared in a 20:80 ratio — 20% under the Government Quota (allocated via KEA/KCET counselling) and 80% under the Management Quota (direct application through the NHF admissions portal).
Original copies (with two photocopies each) of: 10th and 12th marks cards, transfer certificate, migration certificate (for non-Karnataka candidates), a medical fitness certificate, an RGUHS eligibility certificate (the college assists with this after original certificates are submitted), 20 photographs (10 passport-size, 10 stamp-size), and a copy of the Aadhar card for the student and parents/guardians.
